Plant Pot Cover - PDF Crochet Pattern

This super easy crochet project combines my three favorite things - crochet, plants, and sustainability! Make your own plastic bag yarn or t-shirt yarn and then whip up one (or lots) of your own crochet plant pot covers in a variety of sizes and colors.

This pattern includes instructions to make a 4, 6, and 8-inch crochet plant pot cover. You can also turn your plant pot cover into a hanging planter and add a decorative pom pom!

MATERIALS • 1 ball of t-shirt yarn or 3 balls of plastic bag yarn (or another super bulky yarn) -- 4-inch plant pot will need 1 t-shirt or 12 bags (4 bags per ball), 6-inch plant pot will need 2 t-shirts or 21 bags (7 bags per ball), and 8-inch plant pot will need 3 t-shirts or 30 bags (10 bags per ball) • 12 mm crochet hook • Stitch marker • Scissors • Large-eyed tapestry needle
